In this week on China’s “little blue pill”, it’s become a big part of the international debate in the United States. As the world’s biggest pharmaceutical company, the company has been using the term “Big Brother” to communicate its “little blue pill”.
As China’s government and industry partners have tried to counter the drug shortage and other challenges that have grown more difficult, China has also been trying to make its version of Viagra available over the counter. In February of this year, China’s Food and Drug Administration issued a warning about the safety of Cialis, the generic version of Viagra. China’s regulator, China Food and Drug Administration (CFDA), issued a warning against the drug and urged consumers to read the drug label and consult with a doctor.
Why China is the Big Brother
China has a big market share in the pharmaceutical industry. But it’s important to remember that in China, there are many different kinds of drugs, from traditional drugs, which are the mainstay of medicine, to new forms of drugs, such as “super Active” (tadalafil), which is a new form of Viagra, which helps to increase blood flow to the penis. In China, there are a lot of things that are different in the drug industry that are not considered so much like other countries.
Cialis
Cialis is not an over-the-counter medication. It’s a prescription-only medicine, which means that it cannot be taken as prescribed by a doctor.
What’s more, Cialis is available over-the-counter in some places, such as the U. S., Canada, Mexico and South Korea. It is not available in some other countries. In addition, there are no government-approved forms of the drug, such as the Tadalafil, which is sold as Cialis.
How does the Cialis work?
Cialis is a PDE-5 inhibitor, meaning it blocks the production of cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP), a chemical that regulates blood circulation. It works by relaxing blood vessels and increasing the flow of blood to the penis. It is used to treat erectile dysfunction in men, and as an additional treatment for benign prostatic hyperplasia.
What are the side effects of Cialis?
The most common side effect is headache. Less common side effects include back pain, muscle aches, flushing, upset stomach, stuffy nose, and vision changes. These are not the most common side effects. It’s important to be aware of any of these and talk with your doctor about these side effects.

Side effects usually resolve on their own within 48 hours. Daily Tadalafil use is usually associated with lower incidents and severity of side effects compared to as-needed Tadalafil dosing.

Some more serious side effects have been reported. While rare, it is important to stop taking Tadalafil and contact a doctor right away if any of the following occur:

Possible drug interactions
Some drugs/medications may interact with Tadalafil. You should not take Tadalafil if you are taking nitrates (such as nitroglycerin tablets or patches) because the combination of these with Tadalafil could significantly lower blood pressure and lead to fainting or even death. Additionally, do not take Tadalafil if you are taking Cisapride, other ED medications (e.g. Viagra), Adcirca, or Riociguat.
On your intake form, please be sure to provide AgelessRx with all medications, herbs, non-prescription drugs, or dietary supplements you use. Also be sure to report if you smoke, drink alcohol, or use illegal drugs, as some may interact with your medication.

Other important safety information
Patients who have a condition called “left ventricular outlet obstruction” from valvular problems or heart muscle enlargement may get side effects such as fainting or light-headedness. Because patients with recent heart attacks or stroke, heart pains (angina), heart failure, uncontrolled blood pressure or uncontrolled irregular heart beats, severe liver disease, and retinal eye problems have not been studied, Tadalafil (Cialis) is not recommended for these patients. There may be rare occurrences of priapism or painful, prolonged erections. This is a serious condition that requires immediate medical attention. Patients should seek prompt medical attention if their erection lasts longer than four hours.
After taking a single tablet, Tadalafil can remain in the body for up to two days. It can remain longer if patients have problems with their kidneys or liver, or they are taking certain other medications.
